4. It should be transported under optimum Conditions

5. Supervision by qualified manpower.

• To launch extensive awareness programme for Donor Information,     education and motivation.

• To take adequate regulatory and legislative steps for   monitoring 

Evaluation of Blood Transfusion Services.

• Eliminate profiteering in blood banks.
